Preparatory drawing for the painting "Pandora and her box with Buster Keaton", which was created in collaboration by Jorge Castillo and the Chilean artist Manuel Terán. This drawing is an example of the compositional and stylistic harmony between the two artists. Neither of them abandons his personality and personal aesthetics, but rather they unite their particularities. In this preparatory drawing we can see Terán's realistic and detailed figuration that crystallizes in the figure of Buster Keaton. This mythical and historical character follows in the wake of Terán's fascination with cinema, as many of his works are dedicated to movie stars or films such as Metropolis. Next to Buster Keaton, figures close the composition as if they were his own reveries, floating and fluid beings characteristic of Jorge Castillo's rich and diverse imaginary.
