Luis Espejo Ledesma, artist better known as "Luis Feo", has seen his work recognized with a multitude of awards (Fine Arts Faculty Award in the National Fast Painting Contest of El Retiro Park in Madrid in 1998; in 2000 the Award in the National Graphic Art Contest for young creators of the National Chalcography and lithography scholarship at the Pilar i Joan Miró Foundation in Mallorca; the Scholarship for young artists "Francisco Zurbarán" of the Junta de Extremadura in 2002 and in 2009; etc.). His work has been exhibited in numerous cities (Alicante, Madrid, Guadalajara, Barcelona, etc.), and is preserved in private collections as well as in important institutions (Faculty of Fine Arts of the UCM in Madrid, the National Library, the Museum of Fine Arts of Badajoz, etc.).
