DESCRIPTION

Mirror in the shape of the sun. Italy, 1950s-60s.
Gilded iron.
Measurements: 52 x 52 x 10 cm.

Mid-century circular wall mirror in gilded iron. Of Italian manufacture, the circular frame evokes the sun star surrounded by rays that curve in two directions producing a flamboyant effect. It has a beautiful patina on the aged iron and covered with gold leaf.
