Chest of drawers of Italian design of strong decorative character, conceived as a real exercise in chromatic geometry. The front, covered in polychrome Murano glass plates, articulates a composition of rectangles and bands of color that refers to the visual language of Italian postmodern design developed from the eighties.

The vibrant interplay of tones - blacks, yellows, pinks, greens and blues - generates a dynamic graphic effect reminiscent of the formal investigations of the Memphis movement, where furniture is transformed into a pictorial and expressive surface. The transparency and depth of the Murano glass provide a particular luminous richness, underlining the handcrafted character of the material as opposed to the strict geometry of the composition.

The set is completed with golden metal handles and legs, which introduce an elegant counterpoint and reinforce the objectual character of the piece. The result is a piece of furniture of great visual impact, representative of the moment in which Italian design recovers color, ornamentation and material experimentation as central elements of the contemporary decorative project.
