This floor lamp signed by Goffredo Reggiani for Targetti Sankey, made in the 70s, perfectly embodies the boldness and ingenuity of Italian design of that time. Its slender silhouette and chromed metal structure give it a sculptural look, both futuristic and elegant. Composed of two vertical rods supporting adjustable hemispherical diffusers, this piece offers great flexibility of use and a modular play of light.
At 170 cm high and 80 cm wide, this lamp imposes a strong graphic presence while maintaining a great visual lightness. The adjustable spheres allow the light to be directed according to the needs, creating varied and personalized environments.
Italian entrepreneur Goffredo Reggiani founded the company Reggiani Illuminazione in the early 1950's. He began production with decorative lamps for which he designed the prototypes. His perfectionism quickly led him to hire renowned artists and architects to improve his creations, such as Gio Ponti and Richard Rogers. Reggiani received numerous awards attesting to the impact of his innovations in Europe.
