Lim Seung-Oh is a sculptor recognized for his ability to "humanize" sculpture. His training in Korea and his exposure to international contemporary art allowed him to develop a language where abstraction does not lose the link with nature. His works tend to be monolithic but rhythmic. He explores concepts such as duality (hard/soft, static/mobile) and oriental cosmology.
Korean artist based in Spain, Lim Seung-Oh has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including the 1989 exhibition at the Total gallery in Seoul and in the Barcelona galleries MAP (1992) and Lleonart (1997).
