Measurements: 76,5 x 52,5 x 42,5 cm.
This antique model entirely made of walnut wood is characterized by its harmonic change of direction from the fifth step. It consists of a total of 15 steps and a side railing.
The miniature staircase models originated in a French guild system known as Compagnonnage. To become a compagnon, the candidate had to demonstrate his skills by making a masterpiece in the form of a staircase.
