Sculptural column of ornamental character made of marble, composed of three bodies. It presents a quadrangular base in black marble, on which rises a cylindrical shaft in veined marble, probably Italian breccia, topped by a sculptural group of putti carved in white Carrara marble, arranged around the capital with remarkable dynamism and quality of carving.

The whole is crowned with an upper vessel in polychrome veined marble, with a classic profile, providing chromatic contrast and material richness to the whole. This work is representative of the Italian decorative production of the mid-nineteenth century, linked to the late neoclassical and historicist taste.
