Member of the Royal Photographic Society. Miguel A. Merino graduated in Photography at the ETAF in 1984. He worked as a graphic editor at the EFE Agency and freelance photographer for the BBC for a while. However, his professional career took other paths, which has allowed him, without pressure, to develop his passion for photography for more than 40 years. He has teaching experience, having taught workshops on Photographic Composition at the Asociación Fotográfica La Paz in Fuenlabrada and Street Photography at the Man Ray School of Photography in Madrid. He has participated in several group exhibitions, highlighting the recent exhibition at the Centro de Arte de Alcobendas, 125 years of Photography. Collection of the Royal Photographic Society of Madrid. He has also had three solo exhibitions: Series at the Loranca Cultural Center in Fuenlabrada, N-301-Project at the Real Sociedad Fotográfica de Madrid and Arrabales at the El País newspaper.
