Choker made in 18k yellow gold. Bib design featuring an intricate filigree design with motifs that suggest a floral inspiration and heart-shaped center. Decorated by white, yellow and brown brilliant, pear and oval cut diamonds, with a total weight of ca. 45.60 ct. Double locking box clasp.
