DESCRIPTION
Elizabethan dressing in 18kt yellow gold with diamonds, rose cut. Spain, mid-nineteenth century.
Set consisting of bracelet, brooch and pair of earrings, made in 18k yellow gold and decorated with rose-cut diamonds, set in closed mounts of Elizabethan tradition. The pieces present a harmonious and coherent composition, with central circular motifs enhanced by a regular arrangement of diamonds, characteristic of Spanish jewelry of the period.
The bracelet, with its rigid structure, stands out for its symmetrical design and careful execution, conceived to be worn as the centerpiece of the jewelry. The matching brooch reproduces the same formal language and can be used both independently and integrated into the ensemble. The earrings, smaller in size, complete the set while maintaining the aesthetic and technical unity.
With its original case from Jacinto Juvi's Silversmith and Jewelry, Barcelona, with interior lined in velvet and blue silk.
Measurements: 6.1 x 6.1 x 1.5 cm (bracelet); 1.6 x 6.4 cm (brooch) and 2 x 1.2 cm (earrings).
