It consists of two volumes. Daniel Urrabieta y Vierge (Madrid, 1851 -Boulogne-sur-Seine, 1904) was a Spanish painter, draftsman and illustrator based in Paris. Although he lived his early years in Spain, at the age of 18 he traveled to France with his family, where he soon began to work in Parisian periodicals such as Le Monde Illustré. Throughout his career he illustrated several works by Victor Hugo, as well as Spanish literary classics such as Don Quixote de la Mancha and La vida del Buscón.
