Vintage ceiling lamp Alfonsina. Neo-Renaissance style, first third of the twentieth century.
With four points of light.
Wrought iron and gilded brass.
Electrified.
Measurements: 105 x 57 x 57 cm.

Suspension lamp of the early twentieth century. Its design follows Renaissance models, which can be seen in the openwork drum in gilded brass, which develops a frieze of Greco-Roman inspiration. Two putti, together with cornucopias brimming with fruit, decorate a central trophy. This motif of children and horns of plenty is repeated around the screen. This is joined to a wrought iron structure resolved with scrolls, volutes and tornapuntas. At the top, the iron arms are topped with dragon heads.
