Painter, draftsman and illustrator, Carlos Guzmán's works are characterized by the presence of objects, mechanical devices, flying machines, ropes and gears. The fascination for a romantic, almost idyllic story between man and machine is developed in his canvases, although, with subtle touches, the artist hints at the danger inherent in this interaction. The result is a recurring atmosphere of nostalgia and uncertainty.
