Original theatrical poster for “Bugsy” (1991), a crime drama directed by Barry Levinson and starring Warren Beatty and Annette Bening, who portray the famous gangster Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel and actress Virginia Hill. The film recreates the life of the ambitious organized crime entrepreneur who played a pivotal role in the development of modern Las Vegas, as well as his intense and turbulent romantic relationship with Hill.
The film was a critical success and received ten Oscar nominations, including Best Picture and Best Director, ultimately winning two Oscars for Best Art Direction and Best Costume Design. It also received several nominations and awards at other international film festivals.
