Measurements: 46 x 54 cm; 68 x 77 cm (frame).
Pedro Serra Farnés was formed in the School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving of Madrid. He specialized in the landscape, capturing mainly prints of the surroundings of Madrid and the mountain ranges of Gredos and Gata. Honorary Member of the Salón de Otoño de Madrid, since 1923, he held numerous individual and collective exhibitions, participating in contests and artistic competitions. In the National Exhibitions of Fine Arts he was distinguished with third medal in 1926, and in 1963 he obtained the first medal in the Autumn Salon of Madrid. He was married to the painter Mercedes Padró. He is currently represented in several private collections.
