Antonio Navarro focuses his work on the figure, mainly beautiful women and sweet representations of children, as well as bright pictures of flowers. He works in a language of impressionist heritage, of great formal perfection and brilliant and powerful chromatism, based on the rigor of the drawing. Particularly noteworthy in his painting is the introduction of fruits of all kinds, which become sensational still lifes in themselves, despite being part of the overall composition. Another of the key aspects of his painting is the light, warm and enveloping, which transmits a serene and balanced atmosphere, based on toned hallmarks. Among his most recent solo exhibitions are those held in 2010 at the San Antón gallery in Pamplona and the Bernesga gallery in León.
