Poet, writer, painter and sculptor of self-taught formation, the artistic work of Saorín has called the attention of experts and public, who have emphasized of his work the existing connection with the reality, taking the essential of the same one so much in the figurative thing as in the dehumanized thing. His work has attracted the attention of experts and the public for its authenticity and its relationship with reality (he takes the essence of it both figurative and dehumanized). Both his sculptures and his paintings show a clear implication with his thoughts, as well as a striking intensity and a rigid and steely rupture that reflects his own life. Pedro Saorín has exhibited his work in different places of great artistic relevance, among which the cities of Colombia, Venezuela, Palma de Mallorca, Madrid, Switzerland, Argentina, United States (New York), Russia (Moscow), etc. stand out. Today his works are preserved in private collections around the world as well as in important institutions such as the Collections of the City Council of London, Siyasa Museum in Murcia.
