We see in this excellent work of Daniel Mena a direct tribute to the cubism of the early twentieth century, to the plastic and aesthetic research of Braque and Picasso, the result being an analytical representation, which breaks down the space and objects in planes. He shows us a still life in which an amalgam of objects is represented in the purest Picasso style, through the capture of different points of view in a single image; the synthesis is no longer reduced to what the eye sees, but to what the mind knows there is.
