DESCRIPTION

JOSE MARIA TUSER VÁZQUEZ, (Barcelona, 1919-1986).
"Bullfighter".
Mixed media on paper.
Signed in the lower right corner. Signed and dated on the back.
Measurements: 31 x 38 cm.
Trained at the School of Arts and Crafts of Barcelona, Tuser specialized in bullfighting themes. His first individual exhibition was held in 1946, in the Velasco room in Barcelona. He also participated in several group exhibitions, such as the exhibitions organized by the Agrupación de Acuarelistas de Cataluña. Tuser is represented in several national museums, as well as in the Archard Collection of the "Bullfighting Club" in London.
