Eduardo Vega de Seoane is a Spanish artist whose work is distinguished by the fusion of pictorial tradition and contemporary experimentation. Trained at the San Fernando School of Fine Arts in Madrid, he completed his apprenticeship with stays in Europe that allowed him to absorb influences of abstraction and contemporary expressionism, developing his own language where color, texture and composition dialogue in an intense and sophisticated way.
Throughout his career, Vega de Seoane has participated in solo and group exhibitions of great relevance, including shows at the Sala Alcalá 31 and the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Madrid, as well as in fairs and galleries of reference in Europe and America. His work is part of important public and private collections, including the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Castilla y León (MUSAC) and the Fundación Juan March, consolidating his position as a key figure in the contemporary Spanish art scene.
