Uclés builds here a territory of evocation, where line and color function as vehicles of memory, intuition and emotion.

Uclés began his international career by holding solo exhibitions in leading galleries in Basel, Milan, Brussels, Cannes, Paris, Miami, etc. Josep Uclés has been awarded the Medal of the City of Badalona and the Perrier-Jouët de Champagne Society Prize. He is represented in the MACBA and in the Art Funds of Olot, the Generalitat de Catalunya and the newspaper "Avui" of Barcelona.
