Son of the also painter Alfredo Palmero (known as Maestro Palmero). In his pictorial production, faithful to the school of his father, the landscapes and scenes "Belle Epoque" of Barcelona stand out, together with others of Paris and Madrid. On several occasions, critics have described him as "a worthy follower of his father", with whom he also shares his taste for medium and large format.
