In this work, we see a woman with a sweet and innocent appearance enjoying a quiet breakfast in the kitchen of her home. The scenery seems to be part of a doll's house: sweets in the kitchen, pastel colors.... However, if we pay attention to the details, we find a number of warning signs. On the table there is a wanted poster with a sketch of a criminal, the milk carton shows the picture of a missing girl, and, looking out the window, we observe a scene of a typically American residential neighborhood, apparently peaceful, where a man fitting the description of the suspect is talking to a girl. Meanwhile, the woman eating breakfast is reading a magazine entitled "Gossip," with the subtitle "The Magazine for Nice Girls." The cover features a headline advertising an article with tips on how to make your husband happy. Despite being in an idyllic and seemingly safe environment, the woman appears distracted. The details around her reveal that danger is present, and something out of frame has caught her attention.
