DESCRIPTION

Art Nouveau handbag, ca. 1900. In silver.
Vintage Art Nouveau handbag made of chiseled silver, with elegant floral design and sinuous forms characteristic of the period. The rigid structure presents a delicate gold work with vegetable motifs in relief, reflecting the craftsmanship of the early twentieth century. The silver link chain also allows it to be used as a hand or arm bag. The double-ball clasp provides functionality and a refined finish to the piece.
