French table clock of Empire style and period. It is made of gilded bronze, with a sculptural concept typical of this time. It is a piece of classical aesthetics, with base decorated with classical scenes in bas-relief as a frieze. Above it rises a figure in round bulk representing a muse with a sheep. All these elements rest on the clock case. The dial has Roman numerals in black with breguet type hands and is bordered by a garland of flowers, in turn surrounded by baskets with fruit and newt heads on the sides.
