Steel, 18k yellow gold, and diamonds. Silvered dial with Roman numerals for the 12-hour format and Arabic numerals for the 24-hour format. Distinctive cobalt blue hands characteristic of Cartier. Diamond-set bezel. Fluted crown at 3 o’clock with a sapphire cabochon. Sapphire crystal. Black Cartier leather strap with a yellow gold buckle clasp, also by Cartier. Quartz movement. It works.
