Considered one of the best Spanish brandies, maximum in rarity and complexity, with a deep flavor and dark color, this early limited edition Non Plus Ultra Cardenal Mendoza from 1983 has been produced in Jerez by the Sánchez Romate winery to commemorate the founding of the winery in 1781. Forty butts of the classic Cardenal Mendoza were reserved in 1970 and bottled as Non Plus Ultra in 1981.
