Provenance: Spanish private collection, formed between 1970 and 1995.
Measurements: 17.5 x 17 x 6 cm.
Ornamental fish sculpture made of colourless glass, in translucent, satinised glass. The manufacture of Art Vannes art glass originated in the French town of Vannes-le-Chatel in the mid-18th century, when the first glass workshops were set up there under the patronage of aristocrats.
