This world-renowned glassworks has never turned off its furnaces since the 17th century.
Today's Royale de Champagne is heir to one of the richest and most refined know-how, in which the hand of man is sovereign.
Mouth blowing, hand carving, sand engraving, satin-finishing, gilding, platinum depositing and enameling are so many tributes to the crafts of fire that have forged Bayel's reputation and earned it the label "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company).
