Luis Felipe Camargo, also known as Fepe, is a Brazilian artist and illustrator based in Brazil.
Graduated in Fine Arts in 2006, he has been able to transfer the richness and delicacy of watercolor painting to a powerful illustrative work, characterized by the vibrant use of color and the presence of mysterious forms in his portraits.
Complementing his artistic training with a specialization in Illustration and Surface Design, Felipe integrates elements from the world of fashion, pattern and textile design into unique pieces, illustrating on paper, fabric and other media.
His work is distinguished by a solid visual identity and a refined technique, versatile and adaptable to a wide variety of commissions and artistic proposals.
After collaborating with brands, publishers and designers from different parts of the world, she currently works from her studio in Campinas, in constant search of new creative experiences.
Throughout his career, Fepe has participated in numerous group exhibitions both in Brazil and abroad, including relevant events such as the São Paulo Contemporary Art Salon (2006), where he received a special mention from the jury, and international fairs such as the Hybrid Fair in Madrid (2018) and the Brazil Observer at the Brazilian Embassy in London (2016). His work has also been exhibited in independent and collective spaces such as Pixel Show (2019), Musa - Colectivo Paloma Negra (2018), and Expressão Mínima at CIS Guanabara (2015), among many others. She has also had solo exhibitions at Matraca Gallery in Malaga (2017) and Casa do Brasil in Brussels (2013), consolidating her presence in the international art scene. His work is part of private collections in countries such as Brazil, Belgium, Germany, France, the United States, Portugal and Spain.
