CARL FAGERLUZ (1915, Kalmar, Sweden - 2011, Orrefors, Sweden) for ORREFORS.
Chandelier, 1950s.
Structure in gilded brass and Orrefors glass with frozen effect finish.
Measurements: 68 x 54 cm.
Chandelier of Swedish design of the 50's. Structure in golden brass, is composed of fifteen individual pieces of Orrefors glass with frozen effect finish, determined by the textured and grainy surface. It is a lamp of Art Deco design made for the prominent manufacture Orrefors, a house specializing in glass work in which Fagerlund collaborated from 1946 to 1980.
