Nice magazine rack of original design, following the style of Mathieu Mategot, based on tubular metal rods lacquered in black, twisting in a daring way, and with a grid in a contrasting color, yellow in this case. Mategot was a French-Hungarian designer, one of the most prominent French designers of the 1950s. He also made tapestries. He is currently represented in important collections such as the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, etc.
