The uniqueness of the table in tender lies, without any doubt, in its magnificent top extracted from the section of a robust tree. The cabinetmaker wanted to respect the strength of nature by exposing its rings, which represent the growing seasons and tell us about the age of the tree. The waist of the table, which coincides with the outer bark of the tree, contrasts by its roughness with the fineness of the rest of the furniture. Four chrome-plated steel legs bring modernity to this midcentury table halfway between nature and the human footprint.
