The Fortuny lamp is a creation of the famous artist and designer Mariano Fortuny, reinterpreted and produced by the Italian firm Pallucco. It is an iconic floor lamp, inspired by 20th century theater lights, which stands out for its imposing stage presence and elegant articulated structure. Its design combines functional engineering with a refined aesthetic sense, offering directional, enveloping and warm lighting. The adjustable shade allows adjusting the light projection according to the environment, making it an ideal piece for residential interiors as well as for creative or exhibition spaces.
Mariano Fortuny was a Spanish polymath whose work encompassed painting, scenography, fashion and lighting design. His experimental and visionary approach led him to create revolutionary pieces, such as this lamp, that fuse art, technique and functionality. Pallucco's Fortuny lamp remains, more than a century later, a benchmark of timeless and theatrical design.
