Planter made of gilded metal and dated to the late twentieth century. Its rectangular structure is covered by a succession of stylized vegetal motifs, arranged vertically, which evoke elongated leaves and give the piece a dynamic visual rhythm. These elements, executed by means of relief and precise cuts, suggest a dialogue between the metal craft tradition and a decorative approach inspired by naturalism.
The container is raised on a set of curved legs in worked iron, whose spiral profiles lend lightness and an almost sculptural character to the whole. The slightly aged gold finish accentuates the texture and depth of the surfaces.
