This table lamp, endowed with great personality, is built on the basis of two elliptical trapezoids of opal glass, sitting on a base in lacquered metal that repeats the same curved movement. It is a minimalist and elegant design, one of Daniela Puppa's most distinctive pieces for Fontana Arte.
A multifaceted architect and designer, Daniela Puppa has been a key figure in avant-garde movements such as Memphis Milano. After graduating in architecture at the Politecnico di Milano, she began working as an editor at Casabella magazine and participated in the birth of "Modo". She entered the world of design through various experiments with the avant-garde groups Alchimia and Memphis. Since then, he has continued to create in the fields of furniture, lighting and textile design. His relationship with FontanaArte dates back to the early 1980s, when, under the artistic direction of Gae Aulenti, he worked with Franco Raggi to design the company's events. In 1992, she designed a floor lamp of timeless elegance for the Milanese company Prima Signora. She is a professor at the Politecnico di Milano and has collaborated with the Domus Academy since its foundation.
