Original sculptural armchair made of patinated steel rod, conceived as a three-dimensional framework of continuous lines that generate an organic volume of great dynamism. The free overlapping of the metal rod produces a graphic and spatial effect that blurs the boundaries between drawing, sculpture and furniture, giving the piece a strong artistic presence.

The work is representative of the language developed by Gérard Coquelin, whose production is deliberately situated on the border between functional object and sculpture. His pieces are characterized by the free work of the metal rod, through which he builds apparently spontaneous structures that transform the furniture into a form of three-dimensional drawing in space.
