Swan" armchair designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1958 for Fritz Hansen, one of the most emblematic pieces of Danish design of the mid-20th century. Originally conceived for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, the model stands out for its enveloping and organic silhouette, where seat, armrests and backrest are integrated into a single fluid form, without straight lines or visible structure.

This edition, made by Fritz Hansen in 2011, features red leather upholstery and an aluminum swivel base, preserving the original design's characteristic balance between sculpture, ergonomics and modernity. The intense color of the leather accentuates the iconic presence of the piece, reinforcing its decorative character and visual strength within any contemporary interior.

Arne Jacobsen was an architect and designer, an essential figure of Danish functionalism and international design in the 20th century. His work combines architectural precision, formal elegance and an extraordinary attention to the human scale. Designs such as the "Ant", "Series 7", "Egg" and "Swan" chairs are part of important international collections, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Design Museum Denmark and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
