This bar cabinet draws on some of Art Deco’s most characteristic features, particularly symmetry, the geometric treatment of surfaces, and the prominent ornamental role of wood veneers. The front is organized into a strictly axial composition, with veneers arranged in a fan pattern, vertical bands, and geometric panels that highlight the hallmarks of light and dark tones. The natural grain of the wood is thus integrated as an essential part of the design.

The pedestal base, with its slightly open profile, reinforces its architectural character, while the pivoting door allows the appearance of the cabinet to be completely transformed by revealing the interior designed for serving drinks. The combination of polished surfaces, geometric marquetry, and metal elements evokes the luxury furniture developed during the Art Deco period, reinterpreted here in a piece with a striking decorative presence.
