The desk embodies a distinctly postmodern aesthetic through the hallmarks of sweeping curves and orthogonal volumes. The sides extend toward the floor via large, cut-out arches, while a dark central support breaks the symmetry and adds depth to the front, making the structure itself the primary expressive element.

The back of the tabletop features a raised semicircular section and a central organizer with stepped profiles, including horizontal shelves and a small drawer. This layering of geometries, together with the contrast between the warm finish of the body and the dark elements, reflects the 1990s trend toward desk furniture with a distinct architectural presence.
