The internal structure is made of metal and retains original brass and iron components. These show signs of oxidation and a patina typical of aging and have been left untouched to preserve the piece’s authenticity.
It retains the original Vetrerie Nason Murano label and the original wiring. For safety reasons and to comply with current regulations, it is recommended that the electrical system be inspected or replaced before use.
Plug-in power supply. Voltage: 220–240 V.
In good condition. It shows wear, marks, patina, and oxidation consistent with its age and the passage of time.

Designed by Carlo Nason for AV Mazzega in the 1960s, the “LT316” floor lamp is a outstanding example of mid-20th-century Italian lighting and of the designer’s interest in exploring the plastic and luminous qualities of Murano glass. Its structure is formed by a vertical succession of modular hand-blown glass elements, characterized by a delicate sfumato finish that transitions from milky white to greater transparency. The layering of these volumes gives the piece a distinct sculptural and architectural presence, while, when lit, the glass filters and diffuses the light in a soft and even manner, enhancing the material’s subtle effects of transparency and depth.
