An impressive conference set from a Roman architecture firm, created in the 1960s and preserved with its ten chairs. Its design reflects a rigorously architectural aesthetic, based on a combination of wood, black metal, and a modular construction of great clarity.

The table, over three meters long, is composed of various assembled rectangular panels that create a surface with a strong geometric presence, supported by a metal structure of an almost industrial character. The chairs share this same design vocabulary: a black tubular frame, a suspended seat, and a distinctive backrest constructed from horizontal wooden slats, whose rhythmic arrangement lends lightness and a striking graphic identity.

The set particularly well reflects the culture of Italian design in the 1960s, when furniture intended for studios, offices, and professional spaces became a prime field for experimentation. The combination of constructive rationality, honest materials, and a powerful visual dimension is particularly appealing in this case because it is a complete and homogeneous set of known architectural origin.
