Pair of reliefs, mid-nineteenth century.
In carved oak wood.
Measurements: 50 x 53 cm.
Pair of nineteenth-century bas-reliefs carved in oak wood, in which zoomorphic and phytomorphic elements are combined. Thus, wings of bats and tawny snouts accompany bunches of laurel that cross the dialogonal the composition, with their leaves chiseled to the detail, the same as the bunches of ripe berries that hang between the foliated motives.
