Eugenio Vizuete is a Spanish photographer and visual artist trained in film and photography in Madrid. He began his exhibition career in the 90's with exhibitions in Spain and Portugal, standing out for his photographic montages and obtaining in 1994 a prize in the Biennial of Young Creators of Europe and the Mediterranean, which boosted his recognition. His work, linked to experimentation and critical reflection on the image, is part of contemporary art collections, and in parallel he has developed a career in graphic communication, has collaborated with Joan Fontcuberta, researches on contemporary visual culture and directs the Espai Viral project dedicated to the dissemination of emerging art.
