Ciencia para las personas de corte is an encyclopedia published in Paris, where its first edition appeared in two volumes in-8° with J. de Nully in 1706. It was immediately reprinted in Amsterdam by François L'Honoré and then by Chatelain, and went through several editions from 1707 onwards. This synthetic reference work, which represented the knowledge of the time, was a great success. The work was dedicated to the Prince of Orange and Nassau.
