The work TROBES QUE ESCRIGE MOSÉN JAUME FEBRER CAVALLER DELS LINAGES DELS NOBLES DE LA CIUTAT Y REYNE DE VALENCIA; AB LOS ESCUTS E DIVISES DE LES SUES ARMES is a genealogical and heraldic compilation written by Mosén Jaume Febrer in the 15th century. In the form of verses or "trobes", the author describes the lineages, origins, feats and virtues of the noble families that participated in the conquest of the Kingdom of Valencia, accompanying each entry with its corresponding coat of arms.

This is one of the most important sources for the study of medieval Valencian nobility, as Febrer collects in detail the surnames, titles, origins, and outstanding deeds of the knights who accompanied King James I in the conquest of the Valencian territory. Each "troba" functions as a brief heraldic-poetic biography, and is written in old Valencian.

This edition is a faithful facsimile reproduction of the original manuscript, which is preserved as a bibliographic and artistic jewel. It includes full-color heraldic coats of arms, accurately recreated, which also makes it a valuable document for scholars of heraldry.

In addition to its historical and genealogical value, the work has a notable literary dimension, as Febrer used a poetic and cultured style, typical of the period, to give solemnity and prestige to the families portrayed. The work is considered not only a historical document, but also an expression of humanism and identity awareness of the Kingdom of Valencia.
