Conceived as an artist's book, this piece traces the aesthetics of Lita Cabellut's artistic career. It is an exclusive edition of the 31 drawings by Lita Cabellut that make up the Blood Wedding series and that have been created by the artist especially for this edition. Each copy is presented in a case with two bodies, which can be exhibited individually, and which reproduce Lita Cabellut's diptych La luna (2018). The front body is made on lacquered, printed and textured board; the back body is a composition of anchored and printed foamed rollers. The art book includes all the drawings reproduced at identical size to the originals except one, titled Amor (2018), which is also presented in a separate folder at actual size, Two papers were used to produce this work, Tintoretto Gesso 200 grams for the book, and Conqueror Antique Diamante Superwhite 160 grams for the drawings. This edition of Artika, unique and limited to 1998 copies, is numbered from I to C for the first one hundred and from 1 to 1898 for the remaining ones. All copies are signed by Lita Cabellut. The 100 Roman numbered copies have a handmade intervention by the artist in the work Amor (2018), which is delivered in a separate folder.
