This artist's book, published by Artika in 2015, offers an in-depth look at the life and work of Vincent van Gogh through his letters, drawings and paintings, allowing us to delve into the sensitivity and creative evolution of the Dutch painter.

It is a limited and numbered edition of 2,998 copies, published on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of his death. The work reproduces in facsimile several sketchbooks preserved in the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, where the artist's style and characteristic stroke can be appreciated. The set includes four sketchbooks with sketches by the painter, other early sketchbooks, a study volume on his life and work, and 17 loose plates with scenes and landscapes of Paris and Antwerp.

The edition is presented in a special case with an exhibitor and a beech wood lectern, designed for the consultation and exhibition of the pieces. The reproductions have been made using different reprographic processes to achieve maximum chromatic fidelity, using materials such as cardboard, cloth, linen and leather in the bindings, with screen-printed covers inspired by one of the preparatory sketches of The Sunflowers.
