Irolli was a very prolific and versatile artist, known for his ability to capture light and color in his works. He was especially recognized for his depictions of intense mother figures, portraits of children, and colorful scenes of everyday life, often with a focus on domestic and folk life. Irolli exhibited his works both in Italy (Naples, Venice, Milan) and abroad (Barcelona, Berlin, London, Munich, Paris). Despite the changing artistic trends of his time, Irolli maintained his personal style, characterized by the use of rich colors and vibrant light.
